I come from Pardubice, where I also currently live and work.
I create paintings in a style called "spontaneous realism", which is characterized by a fusion of realistic painting with expressive abstraction. My paintings have a realistic basis, but the actual appearance of the objects is becoming less and less important in the process of creation, and intuition and imagination come into play, especially when it comes to colors. At the beginning of creating a painting, I do not try to have a clear idea of its final appearance, everything comes dynamically with the process itself.
I use acrylic paints and, in addition to brushes and palette knives, also other, less common tools, such as a trowel or linocut boards.
